I just wanted to send you a note of thank you.
Richard made our trip "Magical". Richard was
knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. My son adored
Richard and talked his ear off! He was so patient
and kind to our family. He made our trip memorable.
The kids are still talking about him as if he is a
part of our family. Our Disney pictures would not be
complete without Richard. Attached is a picture of
Richard from when we were invited into Mission
Control at Mission Space. We were lucky to win this
back stage pass as well as fast passes for the day
at MGM as a part of the Million Dreams promotion.
However, the most magical dream to come true was the
addition of our new friendship with your son

Marsha ( the VIP guide ) was a delightful person and a terrific guide. During the stressful height of the holiday season the VIP service took away all the pressure and allowed us to experience the joy of Disney World. We will be back soon!!!
