knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. My son adored
Richard and talked his ear off! He was so patient
and kind to our family. He made our trip memorable.
The kids are still talking about him as if he is a
part of our family. Our Disney pictures would not be

Richard from when we were invited into Mission
Control at Mission Space. We were lucky to win this
back stage pass as well as fast passes for the day
at MGM as a part of the Million Dreams promotion.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at Disney and loved our guide Marsha. She was so nice! She was very informative and helpful and great with the kids. In fact, my kids were holding her hand and wanting to go on the rides with her! Everything went well and we did all the rides even some 2-3 times and not waiting in line made it even better!
